  • Pets: We welcome small pets with an additional $275 deposit ($200 is refundable) & $15/mo pet rent per pet, limit 2, max 25lbs.
  • Application fee: $35 plus $15/each additional adult applicant
  • Keep your car cool – Reserved Covered Parking is available for $15 per month
  • Water, Sewer & Trash is only $40.00 for the first person, $10.00 per additional person in the household​
  • Kitchens include a new energy star rated appliance package with a large refrigerator with ice maker,  stove, built in microwave and dishwasher in addition to the following  upgrades listed on the right.

  • Upgrades in addition to Washer/Dryer combos include modern lighting, a pull out sprayer faucet in kitchen,  lever style doorknobs, and often upgraded flooring*. Upstairs feature wood grain vinyl at entry, hall, bath, kitchen,  and dining for ease of cleanup. Plush carpet is in the living room and bedroom(s). Downstairs feature a wood grain plank vinyl throughout and plush carpet in the bedroom(s).​ (*New flooring depends on wear of current flooring.)
