Pets: We welcome small pets with an additional $300 deposit ($200 is refundable) & $30/mo pet rent per pet, limit 2, max weight 25lbs.

Application fee: $55 per adult applicant

Covered Parking: Available for only $15 per month, keep your car cool in a reserved covered spot.
Water, Sewer & Trash is only $50 for the first person, $15 per additional person in the household.
Kitchens include an energy star rated appliance package with a large refrigerator with ice maker, stove, built in microwave and dishwasher in addition to the following upgrades....

Upgrades in addition to Washer/Dryer combos include modern lighting, a pull out sprayer faucet in kitchen, lever style doorknobs, and often upgraded flooring*. Upstairs feature wood grain vinyl at entry, hall, bath, kitchen, and dining for ease of cleanup. Plush carpet is in the living room and bedroom(s). Downstairs feature a wood grain plank vinyl throughout and plush carpet in the bedroom(s). (*New flooring depends on wear of current flooring.)
